Alexandra (“Lexi”) Mussallem is a Certified Family Law Specialist, California Board of Legal Specialization. Lexi is a Fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers (AAML), Northern California Chapter.  Lexi’s practice focuses on: (1) representing clients in traditional litigation; (2) serving as mediator in family law cases; (3) representing family law clients as a consulting attorney in mediation; (4) negotiating and preparing premarital and postnuptial agreements; and, (5) serving as a Special Master to resolve specific issues in family law cases.

Lexi is a member of the Marin County Bar Association and the Bar Association of San Francisco.  Lexi has lectured on the financial aspects of dissolution for the National Business Institute and serves as a mentor to young family law attorneys for the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers, Northern California Chapter.  Lexi serves as a Settlement Master for San Francisco Superior Court's Mandatory Settlement Conferences, as an arbitrator for the Marin County Bar Association's Fee Dispute Arbitration Program, a volunteer attorney for Marin County Superior Court's pro per calendar, and a Bench/Bar Settlement Conference Panelist for the Marin County Superior Court's alternative dispute resolution program.  Lexi previously served on the Court's alternative dispute resolution program.  Lexi previously served on the Board of Directors for Legal Aid of Marin.

Lexi received her law degree from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law in 1996, receiving the American Jurisprudence Award for the Professional Responsibility.  Lexi received her undergraduate degree from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) in 1992, graduating Phi Beta Kappa in Political Science with an emphasis on Latin and Classical Literature.
